What photos do I need to submit?
You'll need 10–20 clear photos of yourself (face and full body from different angles), at least one photo of each venue, and photos of each dress you'd like to try. Dress photos can be from boutique websites, Pinterest, Instagram, or your own shots.
How accurate is my likeness?
The more photos you submit, the more accurate your likeness will be. With 15–20 varied photos, the result is typically very recognisable. We use AI trained specifically on your face to generate the images.
Can I add more dresses or venues after I've paid?
Yes — just email us at enquiry@sift-info.com and we'll invoice you for the add-ons. Extra dresses are $9 each and extra venues are $15 each.
What's the difference between PDF and custom website?
The PDF is a print-ready multi-page document you can download and share. The custom website is a hosted webpage with an interactive flipbook — great for sharing with family, your stylist, or your bridesmaids. Both include the same images.
Are my photos kept private?
Yes. Your photos are used solely to generate your lookbook and are never shared publicly or used for any other purpose. We take privacy seriously — see our privacy policy for full details.
What if I'm not happy with the results?
Email us at enquiry@sift-info.com and we'll work with you to fix it. If the quality isn't up to standard due to something on our end, we'll regenerate at no charge.
How do I pay?
We accept all major credit and debit cards via Stripe. Payment is taken at the time of booking. We accept USD; HKD equivalents are shown for reference.
